By downloading, installing, or using the looplog mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and looplog ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
looplog is a habit tracking application that allows users to:
- Create and track personal habits
- Set up daily and weekly routines
- Monitor habit streaks and progress
- Receive smart local notifications
- Use home screen widgets for quick logging
The App is designed to work offline and does not require user registration. Some on-device AI model components may need to be downloaded before AI generation can work offline.
3. AI-Assisted Features
looplog may provide optional on-device AI features that generate habit suggestions from goals you enter. These features are available only on supported devices and currently support English only.
AI-generated habits are suggestions only and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unsuitable for you. You must review each suggestion before saving, using, or following it. The AI feature and its output are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
These features use a locally installed Gemma 3 model running on your device. Use of Gemma is subject to the Gemma Terms of Use.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a generated habit is relevant, appropriate, safe, and realistic for you, and for any habits, routines, decisions, or actions you create, save, use, or follow based on AI-generated suggestions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, looplog is not responsible for consequences arising from your reliance on or use of generated suggestions.
4. Use License
Grant of License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the App
- Use for personal purposes
- Access features as intended
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Sell or redistribute
- Use for unlawful purposes
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of looplog, you agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and maintain the security of your device.
Important: The habits, routines, or notes you create within the app are your sole responsibility. looplog is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of any information you choose to record. This app is intended as a personal productivity tool and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
6. Privacy and Data
Privacy-First Approach
looplog is designed with privacy as a core principle. All habit and routine data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal data.

Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security measures (e.g., password, encryption, backup settings).

Updates
We may provide updates to the App (bug fixes, new features). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

looplog is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
